Vet student here to provide love&care to your pet
I am currently a Veterinary medicine student studying at the University of Bristol, with a passion of caring for animals. I have had 3 professional years of pet care, but I have been caring for animals from a young age. Before university I have dog and house sat for a variety of people, with a variety of pets; I have looked after bigger dogs such as Labradors and also many other breeds such as spaniels, shitzus, dachshunds. I have also done cat sitting alongside owning my own two cats. I have dog sat for an 8 month old Labrador puppy and also for kittens multiple times. I have previously owned a Jack Russell whom I cared for. I am currently a member of BorrowmyDoggy in my home town where I have looked after and walked a miniature dachshund for 7 years. As a uni student I am unable to live with a pet so I would love to come and look after yours. I have a lot of care to give to ensure they have a good wellbeing whilst you’re away.

Through years of looking after a variety of pets and learning about them in depth on my course, I understand that all pets have different needs. I am more than happy to accommodate for any specific needs that there may be, I have patience for any requirements and I am happy to put in the effort. I will also be able to give lot of love for your pet as I know they will be missing their owners so I will make sure they are cared for, after all my course is all about my love for animals. I have my car so I am able to take them to interesting places to walk if that suits the pet.

Kirsten was a fantastic sitter. Would have no hesitation in recommending her or booking her again. Dogs were really well looked after and happy. We received great communication and photos of dogs. House was beautifully clean and tidy when we returned. Thankyou Kirsten.
Kirsten was great with Bella, she sent regular updates and took good care of her throughout. Bella was definitely sad to see her go! She was also quite flexible with her timings which really helped us plan our evening. We’ll definitely be booking with Kirsten again!
Kirsten is amazing with our 7 month old whippet pup, Bao. She takes him for lovely walks and sends us lots of updates which we really appreciate. Bao loves her and we couldn't be happier with Kirsten regularly coming back to drop in and walk him.
Kirsten has been great with our lurcher Penny. She handled Penny great, with comparison and has taken her for great long walks. Kirsten has great communication and kept us up to date throughout her time with Penny. She put us at ease and we know Penny is in great hands. Very much recommended!

Schedule
As I am at university I am flexible with a variable timetable. My availability is not listed in the week as my schedule is different every week, but I am still able to pet sit in the week depending on when you need! My weekends are completely free.
