Patient and caring animal lover
There has never not been a dog in my house. I've grown up around them and feel very comfortable with them! Within the last few years I have logged 70+ volunteer hours at SCRAPS training and exercising dogs. I achieved the highest level of training and thoroughly enjoy my time working with them. I have handled dogs with all kinds of behavioral issues from having a high prey drive to disliking people. Additionally I've worked with my own dog and she earned her CGC, participated in numerous rally classes, and began agility. When she became a senior dog I gave her a comfortable life until the end. I am passionate about making their lives better for as long as we have them. I also have experience taking care of rabbits, goats, and horses.

In my own home we keep our dogs separate with baby gates and the use of leashes. Keeping them safe is a priority for us so we do all we can to help make them comfortable while maintaining safety. Depending on what the client is comfortable with I will use whatever measures they want to keep their family safe.

Kiera is a reliable and calm presence for our dogs, and she knows how to handle a variety of situations and follow instructions closely. It's a relief to know I can count on her when I'm out of town. She is skilled at watching body language to understand what a dog really needs - from silly playtime to a quiet porch nap and snuggles.
Kiera is such a lover of dogs. She goes above and beyond to make sure they are well taken care of and understood. She is very prompt, organized, and honest, I would entrust her my dogs any day!

Harmonogram
I'm a full-time student on summer break so I have full availability currently. Evenings will have less availability as I will be doing some summer conditioning for my sport but can be flexible with the client's needs.
