I believe in R+ training, and am studying to become a certified animal trainer. I have over 18 years' experience handling dogs as a volunteer with animal shelters and local rescue groups, and grew up with animals - including birds, rodents, fish, and of course, dogs and cats. I am Deaf, and wear hearing aids, so I am very visually alert and aware of my surroundings, as well as picking up on the animals' body language, which is primarily how they communicate. I love bully breeds and shy dogs, and am very experienced with reactive dogs.

I require enough meet and greets for the animal(s) to be comfortable around me before the date(s) of sitting. I read the animals’ energy and let them decide when they are comfortable with me, and I don’t force the process. I keep notes on each animals’ needs to ensure a safe environment for everyone. Additionally, I will not walk any dogs off-leash unless they are in your fenced-in yard
