They were available on short notice and so sweet to our pup Oakley.
I had to leave Calgary on very short notice for four days in Toronto due to a family emergency, and this amazing family truly saved me. They were so accommodating, even letting me drop my dog off at 5 a.m., and welcomed him with such kindness. My pup has a bit of separation anxiety and loves to sleep cuddled up in bed — they understood this and made sure he felt safe, loved, and at home. Their pets got along wonderfully with him, and the regular updates they sent gave me so much peace of mind during a really tough time. They are trustworthy, reliable, compassionate, and went above and beyond for both me and my dog. A typical day begins with breakfast followed by some play or cuddle time. Fresh air and walks in the afternoon, followed by more cuddles and then dinner in the early evening. Before bed, we wind down with some calm play, snuggles and a few bedtime treats!
