I've cared for dogs since I was 11. That was when I got my first dog, a golden doodle named Libby. She's a medium dog who struggles with social situations and is kind of awkward, giving me experience with dogs that struggle in this area. My second dog, Reggie, is another golden doodle I got when I was 14. Reggie was a rescue that we got when she was 6 years old. She had been a puppy mill mom for 6 years before we adopted her. She struggled with anxiety, which also gave me experience in this area. Over the years, I have gained experience taking care of my own dogs, the dogs of friends, families I babysit for, and others I have been hired to care for.
