Hi there! My name is Kayla, and I’m a mom of two. Currently, I’m also taking care of my niece and nephew, who all attend cyber school. This arrangement has been incredibly helpful for me, as it allows me to be flexible with pet sitting. I’ve been passionate about caring for animals for most of my life. I’ve been a Rover member for 6 years now. I have extensive experience caring for animals of all sizes and ages, including dogs, cats, bunnies, chickens, and birds. I’m also great with animals who have anxiety or any similar issues. I’m always eager to learn and expand my skills. I’m allergic to cats, but it rarely poses any issues. In addition to my general pet-sitting skills, I’m well-versed in administering medication, ear drops, and basic grooming. I’ve even had the opportunity to handle unexpected “gifts” from pets of various species. I’m always happy to meet new clients when I can! Please reach out to schedule a meet and greet.

Kayla is such an amazing pet sitter. Our high energy 2 year old GSP just LOVES when she visits for a potty break and to play. This is evident from the photos that she sends after each visit. I feel so secure with her entering our home and taking care of our beloved dog. I would give her 10 stars if I could! She is so responsive to requests and is the perfect substitue in our absense. Kayla is always so awesome, I have used her for many trips away! She goes above and beyond to ensure my dog is cared for and lots of play time! Plus, getting the pictures each visit is super exciting for my son and seeing our dog having fun!
Kayla did a great job during our 2 drop in visits for our 2 GSPs. Our dogs are young and HIGH ENERGY so the photos she sent let us know she was capable of gaining their trust and attention. Kayla’s updates helped us feel comfortable while we were away. We had a last minute modification to our visit and Kayla was able to grant our request. Our pups were happy when we returned and we will definitely rebook with Kayla!

We’ve used a few pet sitters through Rover over the years. Kayla is among the best! We enjoyed the updates and photos that came after each visit. One of our cats does not usually come out for strangers, but he was front and center with Kayla. If Thunder (our shy cat) is good with Kayla, so are we! We already booked her again!
Kayla did a great job with a last minute request. She makes our older dogs feel comfortable around her and we appreciate the extra effort she makes in getting to them at early and late hours of the day! Highly recommend!!!!!!

Schedule
