If you’re looking after a pet for someone who is out of town, one of your main jobs is to make sure that person is at ease through your care, while they are away from their pet. Another important main job, which I didn’t think I needed to remind you of, is food and water for the pet. The evening I returned, my cat had no water in the two water fountains that I left. Meanwhile, there were two water jugs on the counter for that very purpose, my cat was extremely thirsty and ran to the fountain the moment I filled the fountain. I understand if you can’t be there at the time specified maybe one or two days but repeatedly not being there the time you are booked and agreed for is an issue for me. Last but not least the same way you got the key to my home is the same way you return the key to my home. I am disappointed in your care for my animal and your lack of communication. THE CARE OF PEOPLES PETS SHOULD BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY, HAVE A BLESSED YEAR.
Kaycee is hands down one of the best caretakers for fur babies. She’s patient, loving, and can adapt to the most playful or relaxed animals.
