Katrina P. cancelled a booking after the stay began.

Katrina is an excellent sitter, very friendly and knowledgeable about dog interactions. We left our 2 pups and one of the girls didn’t take kindly to Diesel, even though he was completely friendly. Katrina had no problem accommodating to keep both dogs happy and comfortable.

Our Shepherds got along great! Bella was much happier staying with Katrina than staying at the kennel. Would definitely use her again. Thank you!

Katrina is a fantastic pet sitter!! She kept in touch with me and sent pictures of my pups every day!! She was so patient and understanding when my flight was delayed twice!! She had everything packed and ready to go when I pulled up to pick them up, and even packed some extra treats for them in a sandwich bag with a gold ribbon it!! I am so happy with Katrina and will definitely be contacting her again the next time I need pet care!

We 100% do NOT recommend. Katrina seemed awesome. It seemed like it was going to be an awesome situation. She lives in our neighborhood afterall just a few doors down. We had her scheduled for 2 - 1 hour drop ins one evening. The timing on the drop ins was very important and was stressed to her as we were possibly staying the night out of state. So it was imperative that the dogs get let out as late as possible to give us time to get home to them safely. We felt very comfortable after meeting her that she would accommodate our needs. She accepted the booking that I paid extra for hour long drop ins for two dogs. That all changed at 12am the morning she was supposed to have finished our last drop in. We were staying the night out of state. I didn't receive any photos or updates from her on the last check in. So I went into my camera system to check in on my dogs before bed. I discovered that she arrived at my house for the "last check in" at 10:20pm. She then left at 10:33pm. This was supposed to be an hour visit. She should have been leaving our house at midnight. We were expecting our dogs to have someone around till midnight that night to give us time to get home in the morning. As well as giving them both ample time to drink water and eat food. She left after 13 minutes. Apon checking I noticed she didn't even turn off her car before coming in. She had no intention on staying. I then had to check on the first visit. The first visit she showed up at 5:45pm and left ~45min later. If you add that all up that's a full hour of time that our dogs were left alone when we were expecting them to be occupied with a human and having the ability to feed and drink water. They don't go to the bathroom, eat and drink all within 13min. This changed everything. After discovering this I sent her a message on Rover. I asked how did the boys do for her last hour visit. This was me giving her an out. I didn't want to jump to conclusions. Maybe she had a family emergency and forgot to tell me. Maybe the dogs were being bad and she couldn't handle it. I don't know, a stranger was in my house, and didn't do what they said they were going to do so I wanted to give her a chance to not lie, or confirm she just didn't do what she said she was going to. She responsed shortly after saying "The boys were complete gentlemen". Once I read that, I replied with with a thank you. Afterall, we were a state away and she had full access to our house and loved ones, who knows what she could have/would have done. All trust was gone at that moment. Because of her deciding the timing of when she was going to drop in, completely disregarding the times we set, and because she didn't do the full time drop ins. It's entirely possible one of our dogs went without food or water for 16 hours. Our other dog has free reign in the house but if she didn't fill up his water bowl (I have zero faith she did) it's possible he went without water for 10+ hours. We got home and the dogs seemed OK(how can you really tell.) I sent her a message the next day describing some of this and asking for an explanation. She didn't respond. Maybe she was embarrassed, I gave her a week and sent another message this morning. No response. A response this morning with a legit excuse or an apology could have changed this review. But I was ghosted. You will be too. It's a shame really. She put us in a horrible awkward position. She's in our neighborhood, knows people we know. Now I have to put a bad review on here so other people don't go through what we went though. Not a fun thing to have to do to a neighbor. All because she couldn't show up when she said she would and stay for the length of time she said she would. Putting our dogs in danger. This is with cameras around that she doesn't control. I can't imagine what treatment our dogs would get being borded over there. Because of the no response I'm left to my imagination on the why and the motive. I do not recommend. If she could do this to a neighbor...

We are absolutely blown away by how amazing Katrina was to us and our dog, Wilson. We got picture updates throughout his stay, he had the best time and he even got sent home with a goodie bag and a thank you card! 11/10 recommend booking with Katrina if you need a sitter for your pets! She’s the BEST!
