Katie took the time to come to the house beforehand and get the "lay of the land" so to speak and demonstrated genuine love and caring for my pup. Maybe didn't communicate as well as I would have liked while I was away, but maybe I didn't hit the right button in the app for that.

Katie S did a very good job spending time with my dogs. They really liked her. She gave them the cuddle time and attention they needed. She walked them twice a day. She also played ball with max throughout the day. They are happy pups. Both my pups were in an amazing mood when I came home. They have not been this way in the past when we have boarded them at the vets. So this was a nice change.
