Playmate for your pup
Lifelong dog lover based on the Upper East Side. I’ve spent 8 years taking care of the beautiful black lab in my profile pic - she’s my best pal and I see her very often! Other repeat friends include a 75lb pittie who’s VERY dog-aggressive but loves to smother me with kisses, a playful Corgi mix, an opinionated poodle, and the white fluff ball who’s a complete maniac but super loving. Lots of experience with dogs of all sizes (5lb to 100+), ages (puppy to senior), and temperaments, including pups with high levels of energy, anxiety, and aggression. You can never have too many four-legged friends, and frequent travel keeps me from having a pet full-time, so I've got a lot of love waiting to be shared. Big fan of long walks, playtime, scratches, and snuggles!

Katie was fabulous! She was flexible, communicative and patient with the personalities of my two pups.
Katie walked my pup Romeo for the first time and she was amazing! I left a key out for her and she came in perfectly. She was so gentle and talked to Romeo like he was her own, which instantly made him comfortable. You can tell she really loves dogs!! Romeo warmed up to her so fast! Definitely booking her again - we loved her 💛🐾
Katie was amazing!! She took great care of Moxie for her daily walks while I was away, got lots of updates so I knew she was safe and taken care of. Would definitely rebook with her again! Thank you Katie for your great care!!

Katie was absolutely amazing. She treated our animals with so much love and compassion, stepping in after another sitter abandoned them and left our house a complete mess. Without hesitation, she not only cared for the animals but also cleaned up the disaster left behind—figuratively and literally. She went above and beyond, keeping us updated every chance she could with updated as well as pictures of not just the animals, but her and the animals playing with one another. Her constant communication gave us complete peace of mind while we were away on vacation. I couldn’t recommend Katie enough for your next sit. She truly saved the day for us and showed what real dedication and compassion look like. Would give her 6/5 stars if I could!

Available for short- or long-term stays at your place or mine - love having a temporary furry roommate! And freelance work means that most of my weekdays are flexible for walks or drop-in visits, set up in advance or last minute.

It’s my goal to make your dog feel comfortable, happy, and safe. I’ll of course adhere to any routines you have (crates, gates, medicine, etc). When sitting/boarding, I like to be at home with them as much as possible so that they won’t feel lonely or anxious.

My time is your dog's time and he/she will get plenty of playtime at home, walks around the neighborhood, quality time in the dog park (if your dog is friendly with other dogs), and infinite belly rubs!
