Another fetching day @ the pawffice
I'm with animals for my day job and my side hustle on Rover! A zoo worker, I spend a lot of time with expert animal care specialists and am always learning from them. I have experience as a dog walker at a humane society, where I walked various breeds and helped socialize them. As a naturalist, my main duty was animal Care, which also includeded administering meds. I Cared for birds of prey, reptiles, amphibians and fish. During this time, I took hawks and owls for walks in the forest preserves (on the glove with their jesses on-just like a leash) When house sitting, I prefer if my partner Bill can stop over for visits. He helps me care for any pups boarded in our home as well.

Katie did an amazing job with my two pups while I was out of town. She provided detailed updates and photos of them while I was away, and I found them calm and happy when I returned. Highly recommend!
I had to travel for a month and left my apt keys with Katie to take care of my 2 cats! I cannot say how grateful I am with Katie! She was amazing with my 2 cats (they love her now haha) and she made sure they’re okay, happy and looked after like they’re her own. Thank you again for everything Katie <3
Katie is great with Zeus. He’s not always the easiest to handle but she was very patient. It’s clear she has experience with dogs and feels comfortable with them. Can’t wait to have Katie walk him again!
