Since I was very little, I've lived surrounded by animals, which is why I love them so much. My greatest desire is for them to live happily and safely in the world. When I was little, my first rescues were chicks, birds, and kittens. As an adult, I've rescued five dogs in Puerto Rico; four of these were 3 months old and one was pregnant. Unfortunately, Puerto Rico has an overpopulation of abandoned animals, and more are abandoned every day. Whenever I can, I send a donation to a rescue organization in Puerto Rico (Huellitas de la Montaña) to contribute in some way from afar. I also fed street dogs. I always share sterilization information on social media and fully support adoption. I worked at Jau Jau Grooming and Boarding in Ponce, Puerto Rico. There, I cared for many dogs and cats ; they also had rescued animals. I have experience caring for elderly dogs. My dog ​​died at 16 years old; I had him since he was a baby. I loved and protected him until the end. My other dog has a serious skin condition and can't travel to Miami. Even with treatment, she isn't fully improving. My mom takes care of her in Puerto Rico. The dog who lives with me is very playful and curious. I have experience caring for sick dogs, such as skin conditions, dehydration, vomiting, and diarrhea.
