Local pet lover looking to help
I have had the great luck of having cats and dogs over the years. Currently am the dog mom of 2. I have experience with oral and injection medication as my previous pets (cats and dog) were seniors and had diabetes and renal disease in their advanced age. I can also apply eye drops. I’m currently living in the heart of Russell and looking to provide help for pet owners who might be in a bind. I have access to a car, willing to walk and play with your pets. I currently volunteer as a foster for Sit with Me Rescue and the Ottawa Humane Society, which means I have a clear criminal record check. I am bilingual (English and French), so can speak to you furry friends in their language of choice 🤗

Our golden retriever Charlie LOVES going to Karine! Charlie gets along great with her two dogs and they even share their toys with him! He gets two walks a day and lots of cuddles, and best of all he even comes home complete with a mani-pedi because Karine trims his feet and clips his nails! Karine is also very flexible with pick up and drop off which is super appreciated by our busy family.
Karine has been caring for my Portuguese Water Dog for quite some time now, and I truly can’t recommend her enough. My dog can be a bit on the needy side and definitely craves attention, but she handles her with so much patience, care, and understanding. She does a great job keeping her engaged, well-exercised, and comfortable, whether that’s going for walks or simply giving her the extra attention she needs. What I appreciate most is how reliable and responsive she is. She genuinely treats every dog like her own, and I always feel completely at ease knowing my dog is in such capable and caring hands. Any pet owner would be lucky to have Karine looking after their furry family member.
Highly recommend Karine. You can tell she loves dogs. She is kind, caring and patient. She creates a stress free environment for my anxious dog. My dog loves her so much!
Karine has looked after my pets many times! She is caring and loving and great at following instructions. Shes comfortable with medication including giving insuline to my old cat. I would trust her with any of my pets any day.

Zeitplan
I currently work from home 3 days a week and have a flexible schedule with my main gig. I can come visit, play, feed, give medication to your pet on a pretty flexible basis.
