I am an animal lover and have had my own pets (cats and dogs) all my life. I have taken care of neighbors’ dogs and cats for several years and have much experience with senior animals as well. I am also experienced in administering oral medications, and bathing and basic grooming. My caregiving style is engaged, gentle, patient, and calm.

We needed boarding for our beagle. He has some separation anxiety and Karina was able to keep him calm and distracted while we were gone. Karina is a calm and gentle caregiver and can clearly take care of dogs who may need more attention than usual. We used her two times while we were out of town and were happy that everything went very well.
Karina was available last minute to take care of our two elderly cats when we had to make a quick trip out of town. Both needed liquid medication and she was able to successfully administer it for them. The cats seemed calm and content when we came back home and everything went smoothly. We are happy to recommend her for any pets who may be older or have medical needs.
Karina is an absolute pleasure to work with. She recently cared for our medium sized terrier mix dog Harry for a full week at our home. She took him for walks 3 times a day, fed him according to our guidelines, and she even gave him a bath! In addition she was respectful of our home and kept everything tidy and in the same condition we left it in. We have used her services at least a dozen times by now. We highly recommend her.

I work from home on a flexible schedule so am able to work around your pet’s needs. Whether they need potty breaks every 2-4 hours, or walks 2-3 times a day, I am happy to provide a routine that accommodates your pet.

I am happy to abide by my clients’ specific home rules and requests. I keep things tidy. As for boarding in my own home, I live in a gated apartment complex in a safe and quiet residential area. I allow pets on the furniture and have plenty of blankets and pet beds if needed. My home is quiet and kept clean. I have no children.
