Hi! I’m Kariah, and caring for animals is something I genuinely enjoy. Whether your pets need a quick drop-in visit, daily walks, or overnight care, my goal is to make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away. As a full-time REALTOR®, trust, communication, and reliability are the foundation of my career. I understand how important it is to know your home and pets are in good hands, which is why I treat every booking with the same level of care and professionalism I’d want for my own family. During every visit, I provide fresh food and water, potty breaks, playtime, lots of love and attention, medication if needed, and detailed Rover cards with photos so you always know how your pets are doing. I love getting to know each pet’s unique personality and routine. Whether they want to play fetch for 20 minutes or curl up next to someone for extra affection, I tailor every visit to what makes them happiest. I proudly serve families throughout the St. Marys, Kingsland, Yulee, Fernandina Beach, Callahan, and surrounding areas. I’d love the opportunity to meet you and your pets! 😊💛

Kariah did such a great job caring for my dogs as I took a day trip. She kept me informed the whole time, walked me through what she did, and sent me plenty of pictures. I will be sure to use her the next time I am out.

Kariah did a great job checking in on Mister. She made sure to keep me posted with everything that she did and included a ton of photos. She was candid about prices since I lived kind of far from her. Kariah responded very quickly. I’d be happy to have her watch Mister again!

My schedule is usually pretty flexible as a realtor. I am available Weekdays & Weekends at anytime you would need me! I can work around your schedule & what is best for you & your pets!

I love to entertain your dogs by going for a walk in the neighborhood, going to a park near my home, as well as playing with my two dogs & son in our fenced in backyard!
