I've looked after dogs, from Yorkshire Terriers to German Shepherds and a whole mixture of cats, for many years. These have been from puppies/kittens to the more seniors in life. Friends and family have entrusted me with their pets and they are always treated as part of my family. I am now retired following 18 years service in the NHS and enjoy walking in the countryside or on the beach, going to the theatre, sport and music. I currently have a 9 year old Yorkshire Terrier, a 5 year old Shih-tzu/Yorkshire Terrier cross and a 16 year old rescue cat.

Whatever your requirements are for your pet/s, I will gladly accommodate them and even go the extra mile! I'm happy to change litter trays, water plants and even put out the bins!

I chose Karen because she had experience with dogs with particular needs. Ceris is blind and so needs patience and extra care and Karen certainly looked after her very well. When I returned home Ceris appeared very happy and, despite eating issues, Karen had got her to eat most meals - a big achievement indeed. Karen sent me photos and a video most days to keep me updated - this was very helpful. I would recommend Karen without hesitation.

Schedule
I have the forest on my doorstep and enjoy walking there with my dogs. I'm also a very short drive from the beach which is another favourite. If your dog enjoys playing ball, running on the beach, splashing in water, or a short lead walk, then rest assured, their needs will be catered for. If your pet/s just need a 'lap' for cuddles, I'm also happy to sit with them .
