Animals have always been a big part of my life, and I grew up in an animal-loving country. I have had many dogs, all of them being rescues, and also one very cantankerous cat. I have also had Gerbils, Budgies and tortoises when growing up in England. When I lived it Torrance I was very involved with the LA animal shelters for many years and coordinated adoption events and rescues. I was also active with the Emergency Animal Response Service team and helped in disaster situations and hoarding cases. I love all animals and will provide safe and loving care for any that are in my charge. Animals have always given me so much joy and taking care of other peoples babies really fills that need. I generally get up, let them out, or take them for a quick walk. Then after I've had my coffee, we go out for our morning walk for about 45 mins or whenever they decide they want to go home! If you have a yard, then we'll go out and play thru out the day. If not, I take them out several times a day for walks and potty breaks.

It was such a huge relief knowing Karen was here to look after our dog Charlie who suffers with separation anxiety & our elderly cat Stan. They both instantly bonded with Karen when she came over for a meet & greet which immediately put me at ease & I knew she was the perfect sitter for us. She kept me updated the whole time & sent photos of them both looking so happy & relaxed. We will definitely be using Karen in the future for our animals as we all think she’s the best!
I contacted Karen last minute for an overnight stay. Luckily she was available. She responded very quickly to my message and we chatted about my dog and his needs. I felt reassured straight away that Karen was the woman for the job! We received messages and photos while we were away and my dog looked very relaxed and happy. I would recommend Karen as a sitter any day and I hope when we need a sitter again she is available.

Leaving my girls with Karen is always wonderful for them and me no know they are well taken care of regardless of whatever may happen (this weekend we had a images on and I couldn’t get back because flights were cancelled). Karen makes it so much easier to deal with the other stressors because she just takes it ins tries and keeps the girls safe, happy and feeling loved!
Great job as always! Our two overly reactive dogs feel at ease with Karen. We’re always comfortable with them being in her care.
Karen took great care of not only our two boys but also our home! She was very responsive and send cute pics of the pups. Would recommend and will use her again. ☺️

Schedule
I work remotely so that gives me the flexibility to work anywhere, so staying at your home is easy for me. I really enjoy having animals around and, because right now I don't have any myself, I really enjoy my animal fix!
