I am typically available to sit Monday through Friday, however, I will consider weekends for walking, feeding, etc… I prefer overnight stays to be during the week if possible.

A typical day
⸻ After making sure your pet’s immediate needs are taken care of—feeding, fresh water, and potty breaks—I’ll spend time making sure they feel loved and comfortable. Depending on their routine and personality, I’ll either take them for a walk, enjoy some playtime, or simply relax together for quiet companionship. During each visit, I’ll keep their area tidy, follow their usual schedule, and make sure they feel safe and content until you’re back. My goal is for your pets to feel happy, cared for, and loved every step of the way.

At 61 years old, I bring a lifetime of experience caring for animals of all kinds—from birds to horses and just about everything in between. Over the years, I have fostered both dogs and cats and have shared my life with dozens of animals of my own, including squirrels, birds, and horses. Animals have always been at the center of my heart, and I would love the opportunity to share my passion, dedication, and love with your furry or feathered companions while you are away. Caring for animals is something I truly enjoy, whether it’s stopping by for a quick visit, taking a dog for a walk, or staying overnight to keep them company. I also have four acres of safe, fenced pasture where dogs can run and play freely, which brings me as much joy as it does them. One of my favorite things is having a four-legged companion join me on hikes or simply spending quiet time together—it’s the kind of companionship that always feels special.
