Hello, thank you for considering me. I have always loved and had pets since I was a child. I have provided boarding for family and friends as well as clients over the years, and now I am retired and home all day to care for your pets full time. My teens will be assisting and loving on your fur babies who will probably snuggle with them at night.

Karen and her family were awesome! They took such great care of my dog and sent tons of photos and videos throughout the day - and not just ordinary pictures, but really great ones! The meet and greet before boarding was extremely helpful and showed me how caring and attentive they are with dogs. I felt completely comfortable leaving my dog with them and will definitely book with them again!
Karen is an outstanding sitter. She took such care of my dog. She kept me informed and sent lots of picture. Highly recommend!!

I am thrilled with our recent boarding experience! I am new to Rover and we just moved from Chicago to Georgia and needed to find a place for our pup to go while we were out of town for 6 days. Karen and her family took such good care of Pablo, I wasn’t sure he was going to want to come home! She sent so many pictures and videos of him having the best time, and they really cared for him like he was their own! I could tell that he was feeling loved and comfortable. We previously had a bad experience with him being anxious at bigger boarding facilities, so I knew that he needed to be somewhere that he would feel at home. I cannot express how grateful I am for the care they have shown, and how much of a relief it was to our family while we traveled. We will definitely be booking again in the future!! ❤️
Karen & her girls was absolutely amazing! I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for my dog. She was extremely flexible, stayed in contact with me throughout my entire trip, and kept me updated so I never had to worry about how he was doing. She even offered to get him a day early, which I really appreciated! He clearly had the BEST time because I honestly think he’s a little sad to be back home with me 😂🐶❤️ That alone tells me everything I need to know about how well he was cared for. I’ve officially found my forever sitter! I would 100% recommend Karen to anyone looking for someone reliable, caring, flexible, and trustworthy with their fur baby. We will definitely be booking with her again! 🐾💕

Schedule
I am retired from the federal government after 25 years with SSA and the U.S. Army, so I am now a stay at home mom, ready to welcome your babies. They will be home away from home, to say the least.

Safety, trust & environment
Inside, I have leather couches, tile floors covered with soft, non-slip waterproof pads for your pups comfort. There are also teenagers awaiting the opportunity to snuggle with your fur baby. There is no area off limits here. I have one small and one large crate if you prefer your pet to be crated during the night, though. Outdoors, I have a large, grassy, fenced in backyard which provides plenty of shady playtime and exercise for your pet. The yard is treated professionally for fleas and mosquitoes. I have balls, ropes, and frisbees for your fur babies entertainment, so no need to bring toys unless your baby has his/her own favorite ! To ensure no critters come in from outdoors, please pack your babies food in an airtight container. Don't forget the appropriate measuring cup for proper portions!
Pets
A typical day
I have two teens who love to run around and play with our fur babies. We have ropes, balls and frisbees for them to play with. We have frequent outdoor playtime and we often walk the neighborhood at night for a bit of extra exercise for the fur babies and humans alike! Please pack harnesses, as they allow for a more comfortable walking experience for those babies who like to pull when they see a squirrel!

- Although not necessary, I'm open to having a meet and greet to ensure you feel comfortable with leaving your fur baby in my hands and feel great about their living accommodations while you are away. Peace of mind is important while you are away handling business and even while on a vacation. When sending your request, please indicate whether you'd like me to book your fur babies stay, or schedule a meet and greet. Please let me know if your baby has any special needs or accommodations during his/her stay.
