I grew up with multiple dogs and cats as pets, as well as a guinea pig, turtle and parrot through the years. I even wanted to be a vet at one point! My love for animals runs deep and that translates to individual attention for each pet I care for. I take time to connect with your pet and learn how best to interact with them to meet their needs. I'm also happy to accommodate reasonable requests for special attention.

I have a 1 bedroom apartment with a very small side patio. It's a clean and cozy environment and I can accommodate reasonable requests for any specific environment needs.

Karen did a great job watching my dog Dexter! She was very responsive and provided us with lots of photos everyday. I would definitely book Karen again to look after Dexter.
Karen was so sweet and took incredible care of our kitties. One of them especially takes awhile to warm up to strangers and they became friends in a short time! She was easy to communicate with and so easy going. Will definitely rebook her in the future.
Karen is very nice and easy to work with. Our dogs quickly warmed up to her, which isn’t always the case with new people around our dogs. She was also great at being understanding that our dogs were dog aggressive, and seemed very capable in handling it. During her visit she had great communication.
We love Karen! We had a long trip away, and I was really anxious about being gone for so long, but Karen came through and put me at ease. She was thorough, communicative, and kind, and Billy was comfortable with her right away. Also, we loved the photo updates she sent along the way. ☺️ Billy can’t wait to see Karen again!
Karen was great with Mae! She came over for a meet and greet then stayed at our place. She was communicative and understanding of my shy girl’s specific needs. I’ll definitely be using her again!
Karen was great watching out hyper-alert terrier mix. We reached out on short notice and she was able to come by beforehand to meet Ava and get the lay of the land. Her communication was excellent throughout and Ava was in a great mood when we got back home and everything was in order. Will definitely reach out again when we need a dog-sitter.

Schedule
I work part-time from home during the weekdays, and have plenty of occasions to walk, play and give attention to pets. My weekends are usually quite flexible, too, so I have plenty of time to watch and care for your dog or cat.
