I’ve been caring for dogs for over 20 years and have experience with puppies, senior dogs, and dogs of all sizes and personalities. As a lifelong dog owner and elementary school teacher, I’m patient, dependable, and attentive to every pet’s unique needs. I have a large fenced-in yard where dogs can safely run and play, as well as a friendly black Lab who loves having canine visitors. He’s playful and social but also respectful of dogs who prefer a quieter, more relaxed environment. Whether your dog needs exercise, cuddles, medication, or simply companionship while you’re away, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for. I’ll treat your pet like one of my own and keep you updated with photos and messages so you can enjoy peace of mind while you’re away.

Kara is a dog lover through and through! She took great care of our dog, Tater, while we were at work. She took him on long walks, gave him lots of pets and cuddles, and sent us pictures too! I would trust Kara with my dog every time, she’s the best!

Harmonogram
I’m currently off for the summer, so I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to give your pet the attention they deserve. Whether your dog needs daycare, overnight boarding, walks, or drop-in visits, I’ll make sure they get lots of playtime, exercise, cuddles, and companionship. I can accommodate most schedules and will do my best to meet your pet’s routine.

Safety, Trust & Environment My home is a safe, welcoming place for dogs to relax and have fun. I have a fully fenced yard where they can run and play under supervision, and my friendly black Lab enjoys having visitors but is gentle with dogs who prefer their own space. Whether your pet is energetic or more laid-back, I’ll make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. I maintain a clean, secure environment, closely supervise outdoor time, and follow all feeding, medication, and care instructions provided by owners. My goal is to make your dog feel right at home while giving you peace of mind.
