Prioritising your pets
I've had dogs my whole life growing up, from puppy to senior but usually rescues. Since buying my own home it's not feasible for me to care for a dog full time due to travel etc but now I have a dog shaped hole in my life that I'd love to fill by caring for other people's dogs.

Smudge settled in immediately with Kane, we were so pleased with the way he was looked after, and we had lots of feedback. We would without any doubt recommend this sitter and would not hesitate to take Smudge there in the future.
Kane provided great day care for Buddy on a super hot day when it was too hot for him to come to the beach with us. Buddy was really calm and happy when we collected him and had been kept nice and cool throughout the day. Thank you Kane, if we are in the area again we will definitely be in touch.
Tilly had a great day with Kane. She came back happy and tired after a day of fun. Kane sent me regular updates and pictures!
Our dogs were very well looked after. Kane administered oral medication and eye drops and ensured that their usual routine was maintained. We received text and photo updates of the dogs relaxing on the sofa - they were calm and happy when we arrived to collect them. We’ll definitely book again.
Rupert loved his day with Kane. As Rupert’s owner I can fully relax knowing he is in good hands having a great time.
We really highly recommend Kane. First time for our 3 year old Whippet to be away from us and all the worry was for nothing. She was there with my older dog and was home from home for them. Schedule
I currently work hybrid home/office so my availability varies but my days at home are flexible. Alongside my partner we can usually accommodate most requests and can often change schedules to fit dog care. So it's worth enquiring even if my profile isn't available as I may be able to move things around.

My philosophy for pet care is my home is their home so I'm happy to give them free rein. Although I understand some pets benefit from the structure of crate training if required by the owner. I'm always happy to spend time training or playing and taking for long or short walks depending on the needs of the dog.
A typical day
I love long walks and having a field at the end of the street is great for avoiding busy areas or roads. For lower energy pets I'm more than happy to chill in the house or garden and just keep them company.
