Julianne was so patient with Abby! Abby got a little nervous her first night, and Julianne made sure to communicate everything with us and was very flexible. She also sent us lots of updates and pictures. Abby seemed to enjoy herself!!
I can't say enough positive things about Julianne. She stayed in my home and watched my two pups for about 9 nights/10days while my partner and I were out of town on vacation. My partner and I are a little high maintenance when it comes to our dogs because they are our family, but Julianne was so incredibly patient and accomodating with all of our requests. Julianne was incredibly diligent about sending pictures, and even some videos of our pups as they would go on walks and things. It definitely helped reassure us that our dogs were safe and happy while we were on vacation, which was a huge weight off our shoulders that allowed us to focus on enjoying our vacation. On top of being such an amazing caretaker of our dogs, which was our primary concern, Julianne also went above and even cleaned our home thoroughly on the night we were set to return before she left our home. As it so happened, there was a bad delay flying back and we missed our connecting flight and got bumped to a later flight, so my partner and I didn't get home until late at night. We opened the door and greeted our dogs, and discovered that Julianne had cleaned our home and even washed the bedding and made the bed. Mind you, we did not ask her to do this at all, in fact we stressed to her to not worry about cleaning. I cannot overstate how much of a relief it was to come home to a clean house and clean sheets after multiple days of travel and high stress. There is no doubt that Julianne will be our #1 choice for watching our dogs if we ever need to leave again.
Julianne went above and beyond with our pups! She even cleaned our house and made it so wonderful to come back home to. Our babies were spoiled and got plenty of love. The pictures were the bonus! We will definitely be using her again and again!
