My name is Julia and I’m a lifelong animal lover! I live in Mar Vista, CA, in an extremely animal friendly neighborhood, just one block away from a large dog-park. I also live less than two miles from the West L.A., VCA (open 24 hours) in the event of any emergencies. For the last three years, I have been sitting my neighbor's dog, Mia. My neighbor travels frequently for work and I watch Mia while she’s away. I am very active – as is Mia -- and Mia and I play with her many toys, go to the park, and go for walks in and out of the neighborhood. (With older animals, I’m comfortable sitting with them and just cuddling between potty breaks 😊). Mia had cancer so she is on a very strict diet. I am extremely careful and attentive to animals who are on any medications or special diets, and I’m more than comfortable administering any medication as needed. I will walk the dog(s) for breaks as often as instructed, but at least every 3-4 hours. I will also adhere to any additional instructions necessary for you and your pet(s). I am available to pet-sit at your home, as I understand the importance of keeping pets comfortable in their own surroundings. I can’t wait to meet you and your animal baby! CATS INCLUDED 😺 Recent graduate school graduate and only working part-time, I have plenty of free time to love on your fur babies when you are out of town. I have more than enough time to devote to fun, ample walks and scheduled meal times - very flexible with time - Currently unable to board dogs in my home, I am able to provide professional and loving care to your doggy in the comfort of their own home. This helps to keep their routine, decrease separation anxiety and increase comfort while your away.
