I am a local dog trainer who teaches basic obedience training with an emphasis on positive reinforcement. I follow the Canine Good Citizen guidelines from the American Kennel Club to train the dogs of many clients. I have a lot of experience caring for dogs and can help with whatever needs they have!

In addition to giving your dog the love and attention they deserve, I will also follow any guidelines you lay out for me so the dog feels like they can be comfortable and safe in their own environment. I am used to adapting to the dogs of my clients and am more than happy to accommodate to any lifestyle the dog is used to.

Juan was amazing with our dogs. Our oldest is usually so skittish around new guys, but at the meet/greet Juan had them both so happy within seconds. Juan was great keeping us updated and sending pics, and we came home to happy puppies and a clean house. Juan was really great.

House was cleaner than I left it, dogs, tortoise, and house plants taken care of. Juan even washed bedsheets/throw blankets before leaving (super appreciated after a long day of traveling) we were gone 11 days (10 nights) which was our longest trip away from our home and I was pleased to not have any issues in our absence. :)
I have worked with Juan for several months, I can testify that he genuinely cares for the dogs and their well-being and he goes out of his way to help with any dog in need. He has recently started training my new puppy and in two short sessions has already accomplished more than I was able to in the months I have already had her. I trust him with my puppy and know that anyone can feel secure knowing that he will take good care of their dog. The dogs genuinely like him and will run right over to him.
