I take the utmost care to leave your home and your pet in the best shape I can . My own dog, Geiger loves small dogs and is very gentle with them. Larger dogs he's either friendly or way more interested in playing ball or tug of war than wrestling.

I'd like to know breed, size, health and dietary requirements and restrictions, as well as favorite treats, toys, distractions, triggers(they are important, even if they are problem behaviors! )and as much as you know about your individual dog's personality and existing training!
A typical day
I'm more than happy to take your pup to agreed upon dog parks or off leash parks for fetch and socializing. For longer walks or drop ins I can provide basic obedience training as well! (All positive reinforcement, of course! )

Pet care experience
My father and grandfather bred, trained, and worked world championship racoon hunting dogs, Blue and Red Tick hounds specifically, for much of my life. I was raised mucking kennels and running aggressive working dogs. I'm no hunter, but I embrace the legacy of working with and training dogs that runs in my family. My own dog, Geiger knows approximately 150 words and commands and i'm always teaching him new tricks! I'd be thrilled to work with, stay with, or just take a walk with your dog, no matter what their size or needs are.

When I first met Joshua's dog, I was shocked at how well trained and happy he was. The amount of attention and commitment required to have such a polite and friendly companion animal. He is both responsible and kind. I would trust him with my pets without reservation.
We have had Josh stay with, feed, and walk our dogs on several occasions. He is currently watching our house and 80# border collie mix while we are on vacation. I personally think he is a dog whisperer. Seriously: his calm manner, talent for training, and gift for intuiting what dogs want is a pleasure to watch. Any dog, large or small, will be safe in his hands.
