I work full time in Beaumont M-F 8am-5pm. I find myself on the weekends with extra time and after work most days. I wanted to start dog walking / cat sitting again in the Pinewoods Neighborhood as I think it would be the perfect place to walk a dog in. I think taking a few hours out of my day to come cat sit or take your dog on a walk would be a perfect mix to my day and help ease your mind about your pets at home!

I would read any information given to me about their pets care, find out if I need to bring a leash or toys or anything to help add care to the specific animal. I would respect the space and make sure to not bother anything, my job is taking care of your animal and making sure they are safe and sound. I have my own high energy dog so if a play date is requested I can meet that demand!

Please let me know if your dog does not like other dogs / other animals so when I am walking them I know to stay away from others on walk. Another important detail, do you give treats, if so what kind? Do you want to leave some for me to help them along the walk? Please let me know if ANY medical conditions and special requirements or worries you may have regarding your animals.

One of my favorite activities to do with dogs is play fetch. Dogs love having a job and feeling important in what they do, I think playing with toys / trying to give them a goal to go for is the best thing you can do for them.

I have loved taking care of animals my entire life, that lead me to volunteering at an animal shelter and then working there. Overall I have seen the toughest animals and the sweetest of all animals. I’ve cared for small dogs, puppies, to big mountain dogs. I focused on dog adoption for half my time at the shelter and the other half on cat adoption. I also worked in the pound area of my shelter for some time so I have learned how to deal with more skittish and scared animals and how to properly gain their trust through affection and care. I have trained animals before, in the basics learning how to walk, sit, use the bathroom outside etc. I have a huge heart for all animals no matter how anxious or excited they can be!

Jordan is a phenomenal caregiver. You can tell she has a kind heart and a passion for animals. Whenever Jordan has watched my pets, I know they are in good hands. Jordan is very friendly with my pets and they just love her. Anytime my pets need care I know I can count on Jordan to be there.
I’ve been friends with Jordan for over 10 years, and she is one of the most kind and compassionate individuals I’ve had the pleasure of knowing. One thing we’ve always bonded on is a love for animals. So much so that when I found two abandoned kittens, one being severely injured, Jordan did not hesitate to help me care for them, and in the end they both found their forever home with her. Every interaction that I’ve witnessed, she’s always spoken to animals with care and gentleness and treated them as if they were her own. Hands down, she would make an incredible pet caregiver. Anyone would be so lucky and blessed to have her!
