Very communicative and thoughtful!

Jia Wen is such a sweet lady. She is always the life of the party and so sociable with everyone: people, kids, and especially pets! She treats pets with so much love and care, it's a wonder how she does it.

I can’t say enough great things about Jia as a dog walker! She’s been walking my dog and it’s been an absolute game changer. Moose absolutely adores her—tail wags, happy dances, the whole deal every time she show up. Not only is Jia super reliable and trustworthy, but she also genuinely cares about the dogs she walks. She’s handled everything from zoomies to rainy-day walks with so much patience and care. I always know my dog is in great hands. If you’re looking for someone who treats your pet like their own, Jia is the one!

Jia is one of the kindest and most positive people I know. We’re neighbors, and I’ve seen how naturally she connects with all the dogs in our building — they all seem to love her! She’s friendly, caring, and always happy to help out when someone needs their dog walked. I’d trust her with any pet — she’s responsible, thoughtful, and just really great with animals.

Jia is my dog's favorite of all who walk her. She is conscientious and careful to do just what my dog requires based on my instructions. This is important given my dog's old age. She is a delightful person as well.

No one loves and cares for dogs more than Jia. She’s learned the names of more dogs in our apartment building than she has people. She’s prompt and on-time and always strongly adheres to instructions. Always plenty of belly rubs and tennis ball throwing for all puppy friends.
