My job allows me to be free at 3 every weekday. If your pup can handle being alone from 7:30am-3:10pm, I'd love to have he/she/they board during the week! :) Otherwise, I'm available to help out for care after 3:15pm on weekdays and 24/7 on weekends. Oh, and I will most likely be available to board and provide care on holidays. Summer: 9am-4pm camp counselor, 12-1 lunch break, camp is 2.5 mi away so I can do at least 20 min walk mid day.

Your pet will be treated with pure love and concern about how your pup is feeling. Is she happy? Is she missing you? How can I help him the most? A pup-centered approach is how I live my life. I have central air so your pup will always be comfortable temperature-wise, hard wood floors that are always kept clean, a very organized and well maintained 1.5 bedroom apartment to myself, and I will make lots of what I call "Puppy Pillow Palaces" to make sure your pup is feeling content, comforted, and deeply cared for. WHAT I NEED FROM YOU: -bed (I have hardwood floors so dogs that can’t make it up on my bed or on my couch will need their bed to be comfy) -food, info about serving size, NO BOWLS-i have bowls unless necessary Optional: -a couple toys -treats I do not need: -poop bags -peanut butter (unless you prefer organic) -bowls (I have stainless steel Amazon basics) Also if your dog uses pee pads please pack those :) thanks in advance

Information jessie j. would like to know about your pet
First, does your dog have any health concerns? Dog safety is #1! Second, what does your pet NOT like? Are there certain types of other dogs we should stay away from? Are there certain types of sounds that bother your pup? Does your pup not like to be pet in a certain area? I want he/she/them to be as comfortable as possible so please let me know any specifics that will help me be able to care for, comfort, and keep safe your pup. All dogs, abilities, ages, genders, and personalities welcome!

Pet care experience
Hi! I’m jessie! I’ve been doing Rover for years now and it’s one of the best parts of my life. Immediate things to know: I am moving to Florida August 1 so I am only taking bookings prior to July 20th. I work during the week. Your doggie will be in my 1.5 bed, 2 bath, central air conditioned, apartment in which s/he is welcome on all my furniture. So, with that said, doggie has to be okay to get a long walk before 8am on weekdays, then will be free to run around apartment until I return back around 3:15pm. I have cameras installed and am able to check on pup throughout the day to see how s/he is doing. If your doggie can do 8am-3:15 by him/herself with no potty breaks then let’s proceed!! :) Some things you can expect from me: -I am actually not interested in a crate at all. I only have that on my profile to screen out clients who have doggies that won’t be able to deal with me working during the week. I will not use the crate (unless it’s actually a source of comfort, in which case please bring so doggie has his/her spot) -I only host from one family at a time. I do not believe in mixing dogs from different families. I only work for one client at a time. -Your doggie will have like zero interaction with other doggies while with me (if your doggie needs socializing, I am not a good fit). I do this because I am a risk-averse person and always cross the street when I see another dog out for a walk because, out of an abundance of caution (I don’t know how other dog will react), I always immediately cross the street to avoid interaction. Please reach out if you are interested and I will ask you for a meet and greet, give you my address, a picture of my building and parking instructions. Also, I only host doggies; I do not pick up doggies nor do I do home stays. If you book with me, please bring: -Bed -Food -Necessary medications -Treats (your doggie will only receive the food you provide. I do not take risks with sensitive tummies so I do not give food out other than what you have given me). -2 toys max

Jessie was able to take care of our dog for a weekend with last minute notice! She helped our nervous dog get used to her and her space and our dog was cuddling with her before we knew it. She kept us updated with pictures too. Highly recommend!

Jessie took great care of our dog while we were away. She sent so many pictures and updates which we really appreciated. Thank you, Jessie!
Jessie was a fantastic host for my dog! Leaving your pet in someone else's care is never easy, but it was with Jessie. She clearly loves dogs and knows dogs. Jessie allowed my curious but cautious canine the time and space she needed to feel comfortable, encouraging her and welcoming her. Both my dog and I trust Jessie and we will be booking again soon!

Jessie was amazing with our pup Mia. She was incredibly welcoming and we were able to travel without worry, knowing Mia was in great hands with Jessie ❤️🐾❤️
