A typical day
For dogs, we can go on walks (or even a run!), play fetch at the park, or just hang out at home and give lots of pets. For cats, we’ll play with cat toys (my favorite is the feather toy!) and of course, as much pets as they want.

Hi! I'm Jessica. I've had dogs (and cats) all my life, and love hanging out with them. I currently have one cat—a lovable orange guy called Monkey (due to his penchant for climbing). I grew up with three dogs--all mutts, two medium-sized terrier mixes and one small shih tzu mix. I had previously worked as a dog groomer, so have lots of experience making friends with new dogs and helping them feel at ease in new circumstances. I’ve also been taking care of dogs and cats on Rover for 6 years now. I have plenty of experience with dogs and cats of different sizes and energy levels, and with giving medicine, going on walks or runs, and helping them through potty training!

Jessica took very good care of our two cats. I really appreciated that she agreed to vacuum every now and then (to avoid having litter all over the place) and that she was thoughtful about picking a variety of toys to make sure both cats are engaged. She also brushed them. I overall found the place clean and the cats happy when I came back! We had some tech issues so we could not communicate in a timely manner for check-in/out times, photos of the visit etc, which was a bit unfortunate, but Jessica sent a text every day to confirm the visit.
My cat took to Jessica immediately, which is unusual. The photos she took showed a kitty who obviously felt very comfortable interacting with her caregiver. No problems on our return. Would definitely hire Jessica again.
Jessica is great. A good communicator, punctual, and the dogs love her.
Jessica was wonderful. She was able to dog sit on short notice and sent me tons of pictures.
