Working with dogs is also my main career focus, not just a side hobby, and alongside pet sitting I’m studying canine care and behaviour as I build my future working with animals long term

I always aim to create a calm, safe, and comfortable environment for every dog in my care. I find that meeting you and your dog beforehand really helps everyone feel more relaxed and comfortable before the booking. I carefully follow all routines and instructions, including feeding, medication, walks, and any behavioural or care needs your dog may have. I always take the time to get to know each dog’s personality so they feel secure, settled, and well cared for while you’re away. I’ll also keep you updated with regular photos and messages, and I’m always only a message away if you’d like to check in

A typical day
A typical day usually starts with a calm morning, breakfast, and a walk if needed. Throughout the day, I give dogs plenty of attention, playtime, enrichment, and time to relax and settle comfortably. Most dogs I care for usually end up snoozing beside me while I study or work, which I honestly love. As I’m currently studying canine behaviour, I’m also happy to reinforce any training or routines you’re already working on if wanted. In the evening, we’ll usually head out for another walk if it’s part of their normal routine, followed by dinner and a relaxed evening together.

I’m a London-based dog sitter, and working with dogs is my main career focus, not just something I do on the side. Because of that, I’m able to give the dogs I care for lots of time, attention, and company throughout the day. I have experience with a wide range of breeds and personalities through professional pet sitting and volunteer work with Dogs Trust, and I genuinely love getting to know every dog I look after and all their little quirks. Jessica came to look after our two border terriers while we went to a party. All was great. I will definitely use Jessica again to look after them.
My pets seemed happy with Jessica. She was very friendly and kept me updated on how they were all doing whilst I was away. My cat hurt his eye the day before I left and ended up on meds, Jessica was happy to give him the meds every day. She left my house clean and tidy
