Jess has had a family dog since he was born. He also had a cat. Jess loved taking care of his own which then in turn led to him helping myself out with our Bichon dogs and now he has helped with our golden retrievers. Jess has a calm disposition when I have observed him around our dogs. Obviously when I am absent I do not observe things, but our goldens are so excited to see him. He has also worked well with children and that carries into pets also. He has a quiet nature about himself but yet can be firm when he needs to regarding disciplining a pet especially a dog. He is also responsible as far as time management too. I feel with his overall personality and great characteristics as a young man, he will be a great caregiver for Rover customers.
