I’m currently a college student and work part-time at a preschool, so I keep a consistent and structured schedule. My classes and shifts are only a few hours at a time, meaning dogs are never left alone for long periods. I’m home mornings, evenings, and weekends, which allows plenty of time for walks, playtime, and one-on-one attention. I’m very mindful of maintaining routines and can easily accommodate your dog’s specific needs to help them feel comfortable and secure.

Your dog will truly be part of the family here! We have a fully fenced yard with plenty of space to run, play, and relax in the shade. Safety is always my top priority — I’m CPR certified and very intentional about creating an environment that’s both safe and fun. I’m also an aspiring dog trainer and love working with puppies, helping them build confidence, learn good manners, and even pick up a few fun tricks. Whether your dog is energetic or more laid-back, I make sure they feel secure, engaged, and right at home.
Information Jennifer W. would like to know about your pet
Let us know your dogs favorite place to sleep and toy. Or if they have any food allergies. We don’t stress about much and just make your dog feel part of the family!!
A typical day
Mornings start with backyard time and usually a game of fetch. We almost always take a walk to the park about a quarter mile away for exercise and fresh air. The rest of the day is a mix of play, rest, and attention, ending with a relaxed evening so your pup feels happy and right at home.

Reliable & Experienced Caregiver
Pet care experience
Hi! I’m Jennifer!! I’m 18 years old and have been working with and caring for dogs for the past 14 years. Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and what started as helping with our own pets quickly grew into a true passion. I’ve been doing Rover since I was 12 years old, gaining years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments. I’ve also volunteered at a local animal shelter, where I worked closely with dogs who needed extra patience, structure, and love. Between long-term dog ownership, daily walks, basic training, boarding, drop-ins, and shelter work, I’m very confident handling everything from high-energy puppies to senior dogs who need a little extra care. I’m officially taking over this account from my mom and will now be the primary caregiver and main point of contact. While she was previously very involved, I’m now fully in charge of all care and communication. She is still around as extra support if ever needed, but your dog will be in my hands from start to finish. We live on a spacious 1/3-acre lot with a fully fenced backyard that gives dogs plenty of room to safely run, explore, and play. Our home is very dog-friendly and set up to help visiting pups feel comfortable, secure, and part of the family. We recently lost our 11-year-old rescue who was truly my best friend, and that experience deepened my understanding of just how special the bond with a dog is. We also have the sweetest Blue Heeler, adopted about three years ago, who absolutely loves making new dog friends and enjoys walks, playtime, and lots of interaction. When your dog stays with me, they’ll be treated like family. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your best friend, and I take that responsibility seriously. I can’t wait to meet you and your pup! 🐾
Reviews

Great communication, quality work. Highly recommend Jennifer and her service!

Jennifer went above and beyond taking care of Greg and I’m so appreciative of her and her daughter for keeping an eye on my little guy! She sent great updates everyday that more often than not gave me a good laugh and she had some great pictures of him playing too! I would 1000% book again!

Jennifer and Ellie were great with our little girl, Marley! We felt reassured from the moment we dropped her off that she was in a safe and caring home. We received lots of updates and pictures over the four days Marley spent with them and the overall communication with Jennifer was great. I would definitely use them again and recommend 10/10!
Jennifer and her daughter were great with our two dogs! The dogs were well cared for and we appreciated the excellent communication!
