Hi there! I’m a pet lover based in Charleston/Mount Pleasant, SC, with four doodles and a sweet foster-fail cat. I work from home, so I’m always available to care for your furry friends. With plenty of experience handling dogs and cats of all sizes and personalities, I make sure every animal feels loved, safe, and at home. Our house is a cozy, pet-friendly space, and we take daily walks around the beautiful local parks and trails. Whether it’s sticking to a specific routine, giving extra snuggles, or ensuring they get plenty of playtime, I’m here to care for your pet just like you would. No pet is too big, small, young, or senior—I’ll tailor my care to their unique needs and your preferences. Your fur baby will be treated like one of the family!

Jennifer took excellent care of our six month old energetic pup. Finn loved playing with her dogs and loved the backyard. Would highly recommend if you’re in Charleston on a trip! She sent pics, which made us feel very comfortable as well.
Jennifer was amazing! Gave lots of updates and pictures to let us know how our pup was doing. Will def be using her again in the future.
Our pup Louie always has a great time staying with Jennifer! She takes good care of him and keeps us updated with lots of sweet pictures! We highly recommend her as a sitter!

I work from home, which allows me to provide consistent, attentive care for pets throughout the day. My routine includes morning walks to start the day with energy, followed by meal times, play sessions, and plenty of cuddles. Midday walks are perfect for getting fresh air and exercise, and evenings are spent relaxing with our furry friends. I’m flexible with routines and will happily adapt to your pet’s unique needs, ensuring they feel comfortable, loved, and cared for every step of the way.

In my home, I ensure all spaces are pet-friendly and secure, with plenty of room to play, rest, and feel comfortable. I supervise interactions to ensure harmony between pets and prioritize their well-being at all times. For walks and outdoor play, I use secure leashes and harnesses, always keeping an eye out for any potential hazards. When caring for pets in my clients’ homes, I treat their space with respect and follow their specific instructions to maintain a familiar and safe environment for their pets. I focus on building trust with both pets and owners by being reliable, attentive, and communicative, ensuring everyone feels confident and at ease while in my care. Whether it’s playtime, meals, or medication routines, I tailor my approach to meet every pet’s unique needs.

A typical day
A typical day with me is full of fun, care, and tail-wagging happiness! I start the morning with a refreshing walk around the neighborhood or local trails to get everyone moving and energized. After breakfast, we have some playtime with toys, games like fetch, or even mental enrichment activities like puzzle feeders. Midday often includes a second walk or some backyard playtime, followed by a cozy nap for everyone to recharge. In the afternoon, I like to mix in more activities tailored to the pet’s personality—whether that’s practicing tricks, enjoying belly rubs, or simply relaxing together. For cats, I focus on interactive play with feather wands, laser pointers, or anything that sparks their curiosity. Evenings are all about winding down with another walk or play session and plenty of cuddles to end the day on a happy note. No matter the activity, I ensure every pet feels loved, stimulated, and cared for like they’re part of the family!
