I have 10+ years of hands-on experience caring for dogs, including owning and taking care of a high-energy German Shepherd, Pittie and Terrier mix. I’m very comfortable with larger breeds, and also have experience with smaller breeds such as Tea-Cup Yorkies and a Pappilon. What sets me apart is how detail-oriented and reliable I am—I pay close attention to routines, behavior changes, and safety. I make sure pets are not just “checked on,” but genuinely cared for, exercised, and comfortable while you’re away. I make sure to pay attention to your pets needs whether they are in a playful mood and want to run, play, and let some energy out, or whether they are tuckered out and want to relax and get some water! I will also provide thorough updates with photos, so you always know how your pet is doing. Whether your dog needs a calm, patient approach or more active engagement, I adjust to what works best for them.

This has made me very aware of reading body language, anticipating triggers, and handling situations calmly and safely—especially in public or neighborhood environments. I work from home, which allows me to have a flexible schedule for pet care. I’m able to accommodate morning, midday, and evening visits, and I can adjust timing to fit your pet’s specific routine, whether that’s a quick check-in, a longer visit, or multiple visits throughout the day. Please also feel free to reach out for last-minute bookings in many cases I can be flexible with changes if your schedule shifts.

- Before your booking, I’d love to know anything that helps me give your pet the best care possible! Please share details about their routine, feeding schedule, medications, allergies, energy level, favorite activities, fears/triggers, leash behavior, and how they interact with other people or animals. I also appreciate knowing any house rules, training cues, or comfort items that help your pet feel safe and relaxed. For everyone’s safety — including your pet, myself, and others we may encounter on walks or in the home — it’s especially important that I’m aware of any history of reactivity, aggression, escape behaviors, resource guarding, anxiety, or situations that may cause stress. Transparency helps me prepare appropriately and ensure a safe, positive experience for everyone involved.
