Animals have figured, significantly, throughout Jen’s life. Her childhood was surrounded by dogs, cats, rabbits and hamsters and, ultimately, it included ponies. That love of animals continued into her adult life, meaning that her family home has always included dogs, all of whom have been treated as a much loved and cherished member of the family. Part of her career path, prior to the demands of rearing her children taking priority, included qualifying as a dog groomer and setting up her own, very successful, business. She is a naturally nurturing person and was born with an innate love of animals. That is a trait that she has passed on to her children, together with a firmly held belief that caring for any animal comes with a great responsibility and a duty to treat that animal with the love and care it deserves.

Jen is amazing with our dogs. They instantly took to her and they had the best time, lots of gorgeous countryside for walks and lots of love for cuddles . Each time we drive down the lane to drop them off for a holiday they get so excited and jump out the car without a second thought for us.
