Im a dog lover who truly believes our furry family members deserve to feel safe, loved, and right at home while their humans are away. I have taken care of and had dogs for my entire life. I’ve also taken a very basic training course for my own dog that has helped a lot.

Jelisa was so professional and our dog loved her from the beginning! She sent thorough and regular updates that really eased our feelings of anxiety To be completely honest we are the people who clean up hotel rooms when we check in, so when we heard our good boy got a little impatient and had an accident I fully expected to spend part of our first evening home tidying up a little bit. But as soon as we walked in we could see and smell that someone who cares had cleaned up. Long comment made short Jelisa is our new go to sitter!

Harmonogram
I work from home so I have flexibility to take breaks and give your pet attention. I ensure they get plenty of outside play time during the day. For drop ins, I do ask that you be semi-flexible (give me a 1-2 hour window) just in case I have multiple drop ins scheduled around the same time, this allows me to give your pet the time that they deserve.

While I’m the primary person caring for your pups, my husband and daughter may occasionally lend a helping hand. However, they will never interact with or care for your pets without your permission. Your dog’s comfort, safety, and your trust in me always come first. I will cater to your pets needs, give me a run down of their normal routine and I’ll do my best to mirror that. I offer drop in visits if your pup is more comfortable at home. I also offer boarding in my home. I have a half acre fenced in back yard that is perfect for them to run around. All dogs boarding MUST be good with other dogs and small children as I have both. I also require all boarded dogs to be up to date on vaccinations and on a flea/tick preventative. I do kennel at night and as needed throughout the day (when I’m not home) or if the dog shows any sign of aggression (I will also notify you), unless I’ve cared for your dog enough to know that they do well out of the kennel. I do have kennels that I use, unless you prefer to bring your own.

We can do whatever your pet prefers. Fetch, tug of war, lounge, you name it. **I typically do not do walks during drop in visits less than 60 mins long, and only do them if requested. I do not do walks during boarding as I ensure your pup has enough outside play time while they are here.

- Boarding - *please bring your pets food and feeding supplies, and any treats you prefer they have. *please bring any personal items you think will make them more comfortable. (Bed, blanket, etc) *Please advise if they have accidents in the house so I can appropriately prepare and protect my space. Excessive accidents may result in a cleaning fee. *If your dog is not good with children and/or other dogs, I may not be a good fit as I have both. *My dog, Busta is a barker and has anxiety. Once she’s used to a dog, she is great but gets a little loud at first. She is not aggressive, but I know this can scare some dogs/owners so I require meet and greets to ensure your pup and mine get along prior to accepting a boarding request. Drop ins - for any drop in visit more than 10 miles away from my home, there will be an up charge of $5 per day for gas, for a maximum of $25 per booking.
