When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their environment safe, calm, and secure. I always follow the owner’s instructions closely, make sure doors, gates, crates, leashes, and windows are secure, and pay attention to each pet’s comfort level. For dogs, I make sure walks are safe, controlled, and suited to their energy level. For cats, I respect their space and routine while keeping food, water, and litter areas clean.

Schedule
Pet care fits well into my routine because I currently have a flexible schedule and can make time for drop-in visits, feeding, litter care, and companionship throughout the week. I am comfortable working around a cat’s normal schedule and following specific instructions so their routine stays consistent while you are away.
