If you’re looking for an experienced, mature and reliable pet sitter who treats your pet like family, then I'm your gal! I believe that our pets are part of the family & I will care for your pets as if they were a member of my family. I will treat them with absolute love and the utmost respect. Every pet has their own unique personality, and I love getting to know them. I absolutely love capturing their personalities with the photos I take. I do my very best to provide you top quality photos, I know that while you are away, photos can mean everything. My goal is to provide you peace of mind and the exceptional care that your pet deserves. 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆: To ensure the highest level of care, I keep my service area small, only about 25% of the average Rover sitter’s range. This means my client base is extremely small, and helps to ensure my goal of always being available when you need me. Always having the same sitter for your pets, means less stress on them, and also means I am more likely to pick up on changes in behavior. My smaller service area also means I’m usually less than 15 minutes away, giving me flexibility for last minute requests or emergencies. The vast majority of my clients have worked with me a minimum of 4 times. I value long term relationships with my clients. I always prioritize accommodating past clients by reserving slots and limiting new client bookings. If you are a returning client and my Rover calendar shows I am unavailable, please message me anyway. Rovers calendar does not provide a way for me to show the slots I reserve for past clients only. 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁: With over 30 years of experience caring for hundreds of dogs and cats, I bring a deep understanding of animal behavior and needs. I’ve volunteered with rescue organizations, fostered pets, and developed expertise in positive reinforcement training and reading dog behavioral cues. I firmly believe in positive reinforcement techniques and will use them while I am caring for your pet. 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗦𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: I am officially certified in Pet CPR and First Aid, and am prepared for emergencies. My car is always equipped with essential tools: a small carrier, a sling, a large dog lift harness and a pet specific first aid kit. If an emergency occurs, you can trust that I’ll act quickly and ensure your pet receives the aid they need. 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝗣𝗲𝘁𝘀: Senior and special needs pets are close to my heart. I’ve cared for many over the years, offering patience, understanding, and a commitment to their comfort. From managing incontinence to administering medications, including pills, eye drops, and inhalers. I have the experience and training to handle their unique needs with expertise & compassion. 𝗣𝘂𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲: Puppies bring their own set of challenges, and I’m ready to help. I understand the importance of staying consistent with your routine and training. I use positive reinforcement training with a “Yes!” Marker or Clicker and low calorie training treats. I’ll also monitor and correct any behaviors you’d like me to address.
