Taking care of dogs is simply one of the most rewarding things possible! I love being able to put a smile on a dog’s face, and being able to give peace of mind to owners is really like nothing else. Dogs have always been there for me when I needed them, so now it’s my turn to make sure I’m there for them! Although I’ve always loved spending time with dogs, my experience doesn’t just end there. I’ve been a professional dog sitter for over a decade, and have plenty of volunteer experience at various animal shelters. It’s all part and parcel with my desire to see dogs happy! When taking on a new client, I typically like to schedule a meet-and-greet. It’s a great way to make sure that we’re all a good fit for one another, which is so important to me. Likewise, it gives us the opportunity to chat face-to-face about your pup and your care expectations. No one knows your dog better than you do, so it’s always great to chat with owners in person about what makes their pup tick! Finally, I just love meeting new dogs! I like to get down on their level to show them that I’m a welcome presence here to make friends, and I’m sure we’ll be best buddies in no time at all. When your pup is under my care, I am as detail-oriented as can be. During the stay, I’ll send owners detailed daily updates so they can know just what we’ve done together! From exercise times to meal prep, I’ll take notes on everything you need to know that your pup is in good hands. Of course, my updates will always include plenty of great pictures of us having fun together!
