I recently had Jacqueline board my dog, Skittles, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the beginning, Jacqueline was incredibly accommodating and responsive, agreeing to take Skittles on short notice after my original sitter had to cancel due to a family emergency. Jacqueline maintained excellent communication throughout Skittles’ stay, sending regular updates and photos/videos, which reassured me that Skittles was in good hands. She was attentive to Skittles’ needs, taking her on long walks and making sure she was comfortable and well cared for. When Skittles got into a bit of mischief, Jacqueline handled it with patience and understanding. Thank you so much, Jacqueline, for taking such great care of Skittles!
