Cats have been a part of my life since I was young. I've been taking care of my own cats (three of them!) since I was in elementary school, raising them since they were kittens, and I've been catsitting my family member's cats for as long as I can remember. I can read when a cat needs space, when they want to play, and I know how to deal when a cat has particular quirks and won't settle for anything less. Cats are very detail oriented creatures, and to me, a healthy and comfortable cat is a happy one!
