We used Houston for a "custom" dog sitting situation need on our first Rover dogcare. We were in need of an in home dog sitter with 3 dogs and a new foster for 5 hours while we were gone. She came earlier in the week to meet the new crew, get to know their routines, the layout of inside and outside our home and all the new info for my fur babies. Both visits to the house Houston was prompt. She has amazing communicatioin with the dog owner regarding questions, follow up and updates on how the dogs were doing throughout the evening. Houston managed meal time with 4 different need dogs and left my home exactly as she found it. It was wonderful to meet her, have her take care of my dogs and enjoyed her willingness to be fexible to meet the needs of the pet customer. I will 100% use Houston again for our dog sitting needs. Great first experience with Rover.

Houston is THE BEST! She did amazing taking care of my girl Daisy. She gave her so so much attention! She sent me tons of videos and pictures. She gave her lots of treats while I was gone and I got videos of Daisy getting the treats. I received consistent updates and Houston was on time to give Daisy her meals and potty breaks and nap times. She played fetch with her a lot and wore her out so that she was ready to wind down in the evening for bed. She stayed with her for an evening and an entire day and did a fantastic job. I would give her a ten star rating if I could. I HIGHLY recommend Houston! She is a wonderful pet sitter and the best you could ask for!

Houston is the only person I would trust with my dogs. She is very experienced and my dogs absolutely love her! I never have to worry when she’s checking on my babies. She is super dependable and and easy to work with!

Houston is absolutely the most warm hearted, kind, and caring individual I could possibly recommend to look after your dogs or other animals. I am often very worrisome about the safety and happiness of my 2 puppies, which is why I am so grateful that I can rest at ease knowing they are in her care. She is not only a responsible and loving caregiver for my pets she'll always go the extra mile to send video and pictures periodically to ensure my peace of mind that they are receiving the care that they deserve.
