Pet Mom of 20+ Years
I have loved and raised animals as an adult for 20+ years. As an adult, I have cared for my hoo-man kids, dogs, cats, guinea pigs, indoor rabbits, and chickens! I have also done long term dog fostering in my home for a few months. My home is cat and dog friendly with a built-in, gated, doggy-den under the stairwell (used as a night kennel and day napping area). I have a fenced one acre property and the back yard is entirely fenced with 6' wood privacy fencing. For over two years, we have rented our backyard on SniffSpot as a private dog park (while we and our animals stay inside during their 1-hour reservation). My home has great windows for squirrel and bird watching. We have a large home where doggy day care and boarding pets will also get the love and attention from my husband and our teenagers (no children age 12 or younger in the house). We have loved many pets over the years. Right now we only have one cat, who can be kept completely separated from your animals the entire time I board them. I do not work outside the home, so I have a flexible schedule at home allowing me to provide in-home pet sitting at my property, or to check on your fur-babies throughout the day. My teens and I enjoy volunteering with cats at our local shelters and we used to volunteer with horses (cleaning stalls, brushing, and cleaning their yard). During my childhood I lived and help care for several different dogs, cats, rats, birds, chickens, and hogs. I dog walked in elementary school for a neighbor. Then at age 18 I began overnight house alone and pet sitting for households with dogs and horses.

Heidi was wonderful! She stepped in when my sitter had to cancel last minute. Cared for my two pups super well and shared updates frequently. Will definitely have her sit again.
Heidi took great care of all my animals! She had my two dogs and two cats for a week and provided daily updates with pictures! They all did great with her and were happy to be in her home. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent pet care.
Heidi has always been kind and gentle with all the animals in her care (dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, etc). She is extremely conscientious, clean, honest and trustworthy. She took excellent care of 3 of our dogs, and also took great photos of them. Highly recommend!

I am currently a stay at home parent, most recently working a remote job from home. I have a flexible schedule to care for pets in my home, or check on your fur-babies at your home.

I have a fenced one acre lot which is also rented to dog owners on SniffSpot. We are home during the day and can provide frequent potty breaks and attention. Our children are age 13+ are great with dog and cats and have always lived with pets and helped care for them. We have done long-term dog fostering in our home, and we loved our 110+ pound older dog rescues in our doggy retirement home until they crossed the rainbow bridge. We have one cat, who can be kept in a separate bedroom if one of our new house-pet guests needs space. My children have been dog sitting for a neighbor in their home for over a year for feeding, potty breaks, and enrichment in the yard with them. My kids and I look forward to pet-sitting in our home again, or providing enrichment and attention to the pets at your home during your travels.

Potty breaks, running, and enrichment activities are available in our fenced, one acre lot. Our kids (13+) have dog-sat and helped care for our cats and dogs, they also enjoy walking dogs, playing catch, feeding them, and brushing them. We live in a great area for walks and have routs of 1 to 3 miles from our property that we have enjoyed taking our senior dogs on (they have crossed the rainbow bridge). Indoors we have all hard floors downstairs, making for easy clean up from food/water or accidents. We are home during the day and can provide frequent potty breaks and attention. We look forward to providing quality, loving care and providing you photos of your happy fur-baby.
