Heather was amazing from the start. She requested to come and spend time with our cat before looking after her to ensure our cat was comfortable with her which was an excellent idea! She sent us regular updates and left us with confidence that our cat was very well looked after so we had zero worries on our holiday. Heather is a lovely person overall and we would love to have her again!
