Pet care is a central part of my daily routine. I work full-time in the veterinary field, which means I already spend my days focused on animal care and well-being. My schedule is flexible, allowing me to fit in walks, check-ins, and pet sitting before or after work—and even during lunch breaks in some cases. Since caring for animals is both my job and my passion, I’m always happy to make time for your pet!

A typical day
We will walk around the neighborhood, go to dog parks (if allowed), and try to learn some cool new tricks! I will also be more than happy to keep you updated by sending you photos and/or videos of your fur baby.

Pet care experience
My love for dogs and appreciation for their unique personalities is what inspired me to become a dog walker. If your four-legged friend needs a walk or just a check-in, you can trust they’ll be getting the absolute best care! I’ve been caring for dogs of all breeds (including my own!) for over 22 years, and I’ve worked in the veterinary field for the past 8 years. I have hands-on experience with administering oral medications, senior pet care, and supporting dogs with special needs. Whether your pup is energetic or elderly, I’ll tailor their care to meet their individual needs. I work with animals full-time and am truly passionate about what I do. I can’t wait to meet your furry family member and become part of their routine. Thank you for considering me!

As always, Heather took wonderful care of our two dogs while we were gone. We couldn't have found a better dog walker/sitter. It truly makes our vacation free from worry knowing I have someone there who is kind, caring, trustworthy and has a genuine love for animals. And it's obvious, when Heather comes over, how much Mya and Erin really like her too.
As usual, Heather was terrific. We adopted a new dog with relatively unknown background and booked a home visit to get him out of his kennel and outside. She provided honest feedback on his behavior and manners that was extremely helpful in the following days. Heather even gave me the number of a trainer when I was asked about finding some help with his issues. Have used Heather multiple times and have always been very pleased.
