Loving Care When You Can't Be There
I have taken care of a variety of animals, my own and others included, since as far back as 8 years old. I've always enjoyed taking care of animals of all shapes, sizes, and ages and it makes my heart happy to see my kids following in those footsteps as they get older as well. I have a husband of almost 11 years, which will occasionally be helping with some of the pet care, and we have 2 kids (ages 4 and 9) so you know your animals will get plenty of cuddles and play time. We all enjoy and love your pets like our own! Our pets of our own include chickens which are all kept inside of a fenced in area. We live on roughly 3 acres of "unfenced land" at the end of our paved neighborhood road. Included in that are a few scenic trails through the woods on our property, so that means we have plenty of space for your fur babies to have some play time outside in the yard, and walks through the neighborhood/trails for exploration, exercise, and relaxation throughout the day! We are here with open arms ready to care for your sweet babies and willing to learn about each of their individual needs to make sure we make them and you feel comfortable and part of our family in the process! From boarding overnight, to drop-in visits when you can't be there, to random play visits/walking your fur babies, or even meeting/helping you with multiple animals' vet visits..... No matter the job or type of animal, give us a try and you won't be disappointed! We can't wait to hear from you and to make you part of the fam!

Heather was amazing. She filled in last minute for me when my other arrangements had suddenly fallen through. She was very attention to detail about how I wanted things done. I feel like she really went above and beyond. My rabbit was very relaxed when I came home which gave me reassurance that he was not stressed and enjoyed her visits. She also kept everything really clean and tidy. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing care for their pets.
Freya had a much more challenging time being away from me this weekend for some reason and struggled to adjust, but Heather and her family did an amazing job accommodating her and loving her. It’s hard to be away, even for a short time, when your pup is missing you. But Heather’s communication and care was incredible throughout.
Heather did a phenomenal job of taking care of Biggie. Treated him just like family and communicated regularly on how he was doing. I’d highly recommend
Heather took such great care of our dog!! We felt very comfortable leaving him in her care. She was also very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend her!!
This was the first time ever boarding Sadie, so it was a new experience for both of us. Heather made sure to keep me updated on Miss Priss, and how she was acclimating to her new surroundings. Heather made sure she got lots of walks and attention. I truly appreciate the piece of mind she provided while we were away. Will most definitely book Sadie's next vacation with Heather !!
Heather took great care of Sadie Grace!! She is awesome - Sadie loves staying with her.

Schedule
I am a part time teacher/part time stay-at-home mom/wife so I have plenty of time to devote to your fur babies to make sure they get all the love, care, and attention they deserve for whatever the job you may need for them!

Safety, trust & environment
Your pets are housed inside our home as one of the family. We have plenty of crates inside our house for individual sleeping spaces. We also use baby gates throughout the house to separate areas of our house so animals can be separated in their own spaces if and when needed. I always communicate quickly with clients and make sure to send lots of pictures to assure them of their pets experience and exceptional care with my family and I. I also provide each animal with an apple air tag just as a safety precaution when they are in my care for mine and my clients peace of mind.
A typical day
We will always start the day bright and early with potty time outside and a nice walk in the yard/neighborhood. I will then get my 2 kids and the animals fed and ready for their days then start my chicken chores of my own here at the house after. Throughout the day of doing all my daily house chores and also running my small personalization business from home and house cleaning biz, I am always taking time out to make sure the animals are getting the proper attention they need, plus frequent potty, walking and play breaks inside and out along the way. We have plenty of yard area to have lots of play time outside(weather permitting), take walks in our neighborhood and sometimes on our scenic trails we have throughout the wooded area at our home. Because we live at the end of our paved neighborhood road, we have plenty of walking/playing space away from the main highway as well which we love. I will also make sure there is some quiet, relaxation time throughout the day as well (this is usually the time I will work on my projects that need to be done business wise). At the end of the day, we will all have our relaxing family time before heading to bed and doing it all over again the following day!
