In order to build trust with a pet, I really love slow introductions. For example, I wouldn’t rush into a dog walk with a dog that wasn’t comfortable with me yet. I make sure the pet and I are on the same page at all times, even if it takes a while.

I think it’s important to know about a pet’s behavior, whether that’s toward people, other dogs, or other animals. In order to best take care of a pet, understanding the pet’s interests are hugely important.
A typical day
I love being outside and playing probably just as much as any dog would! Long walks, swimming and hiking are a few of my favorite hobbies. If i was with a dog as active as me, we’d have a good time!

Since high school, I have been dog and cat sitting. I love animals of all kinds, and I’m working towards a career in wildlife management. I understand an animal’s need almost better than my own needs, and I am very active.
