Your pets new bestie!
I’ve grown up with dogs around since I was born. My family have fostered many dogs; from chihuahua to bulldog’s. I have a special place in my heart for old dogs, who my family have sought out to give them better lives. However, I now currently have two CRAZY dogs from Cyprus, one of which is nervous and I am used to comforting. I’ve taken care of couch potatoes to absolute balls of energy. Although I don’t own one, I absolutely love cats and really want to get one one day, so I would love the opportunity to take care of one. NOTICE: Please read about my availability before booking me.

I take the responsibility of walking my dog and other people’s dogs very seriously. Personally I like using a harness as it doesn’t harm a dogs neck, and is much harder for them to slip, however I will always follow your personal preference. I usually carry doggy treats on me, whether that’s for other dogs or to reward your dog for good behaviour. Generally I won’t allow the dog I’m walking to have interactions with other dogs if it can be helped, or let the dog off leash to prevent any accidents, but this can be discussed. I always feed my dogs at least an hour after exercise to prevent bloat, I’m happy to cuddle and play games and even teach them new tricks.

Grace was great and we came home to two dogs that were clearly very comfortable and well cared for!
Grace looked after our cat whilst we were on holiday. Grace was lovely and done an amazing job, keeping us updated and looking after Molly. Our cat is older now and hates going to the cattery so it was great to be able to keep her at home and know she was in reliable hands! Thank you so much Grace, we would definitely book you again. Grace did a fantastic job looking after my three dogs and cat. I am such a worrier when it comes to my lot but Grace made me feel totally at ease, she kept me updated with pictures throughout her pet sit and now I’m home all of the animals are as happy as they would be if it had been me with them for the weekend. Grace has definitely been added to my list of very few people I trust with my pets 😂💕.
Grace has been an animal lover for many many years. probably since she was born to be honest. She has looked after my dogs on numerous occasions and always has great relationships with them. She’s mature beyond her years and very reliable and responsible.
Grace looked after my two dogs while we were on holiday. She took them on daily walks (which she provided photos of), fed them their breakfast and dinner, provided my dogs with stimulating enrichment activities. My dogs absolutely love her, she is caring, kind and loving to all animals. She has a drive to support dogs of any background, with both my dogs being rescues, one particularly can be nervous/ reactive towards other dogs, she does not let this put her down and will adapt her care to meet any dogs needs. My other dog has a number of medical conditions which includes seizures/ muscle spasms, Grace handled this exceptionally well, especially as she knew this worried me. She always sent photos of my dog receiving her medication and kept me updated on how they were both doing regularly throughout the day. I cannot recommend Grace enough, she has always had dogs in her life, from fostering to adopting she has gained fantastic experience and has a genuine love and passion to care for animals.

Harmonogram
I currently work part time with about three shifts a week, usually 6am-2pm (though times can vary), so I'm typically free from late afternoon onwards on those days, and all day on the rest. I don't have set days and only find out my shifts 2-3 weeks in advance, so my availability will reflect that. I keep my Rover calendar updated, so you can check my availability there.
