While I currently do not offer doggie daycare or boarding in my home, there are several very qualified Rover sitters in our area that do.
Information Gina C. would like to know about your pet
Does/do your pet(s) have ANY special needs? Are they afraid of storms and/or fireworks? Has your dog been socialized? Please note, I do not do drop in visits or pet sit for animals that have not been properly socialized. If your K9 baby needs medication, do they take it readily? Will I be able to administer it in a pill pocket, cheese, lunchmeat or another treat? Can I put it in their food or water? If not, I will not be able to administer their medication. Your baby doesn't know me and will associate me with negativity and will not allow me to get near them. Unfortunately I do not give cats medication.
A typical day
We will play doggies/kitties favorite games like fetch or tug-o-war, we will get belly rubs, ear rubs, butt scratches and cuddles, whatever makes your baby happiest!

Big or small, I love them all!
Pet care experience
I can’t imagine my life without dogs! They provide so much love, laughter, joy, happiness and comfort. I don’t look at dogs as pets or possessions, they are important members of the family and I always treat them as such. I’ve been around dogs my entire life and owned large dogs throughout adulthood. As a child I grew up with Great Danes, a GSD, an Akita and smaller mixed breeds. As an adult I've been a pet parent to a Pit Bull, Rottweilers, Labrador Retrievers, domestic cats, an iguana as well as fresh and salt water fish. I currently have a rescued Field Spaniel named Enzo, and an American Lab named Riley (both are 100 lb. lap dogs). I have experience in feeding and watering, bathing, cleaning muddy feet, brushing coats, brushing teeth, trimming the nails of cooperative dogs, walking, administering medications orally, nasally and topically, cuddling, soothing and playing. I believe in praise, positive reinforcement and a firm “no” when correcting a dog, not in yelling at them or hitting them. Playtime can consist of fetch, tug-o-war, play wrestling or any game you’ve created with them. Whatever we do together will be done with kindness, care and love, just like you would do.
Reviews
This was my first time using the Rover App and was not disappointed. Gina was an absolute God send. She truly loves what she does and it shows. My fur babies were very comfortable with her and so was I. I will definitely be using Gina for future sitting. Thank you Gina

Gina does such a great job with our fur babies! I never have to worry when I know she’s coming because she shares their progress and I can see just how happy they are!! ♥️

Gina did a wonderful job taking care of our fur babies! She did two drop-ins in one day for us!! Amazing!! 🤩

This was our first time hiring a pet sitter, and Gina made it a comfortable process. She gave detailed updates after each visit and sent tons of pics of our pups. It was great to know they were getting some love and pets while we were away!
